  • Fast Registration Tips

    Historically Bikerpelli fills very quickly, sometimes in minutes. Or some years, several days, we never know til it happens. But nothing hurts more than finding it sold out while you were inputting info for your whole group. These tips will help speed the process.

    A single individual can register multiple riders during the registration process. All slots will be paid for with a single payment method at the end.

    Generally it takes about 2 minutes to input an additional rider.

    Just because you’re on the site & inputting rider data doesn’t mean your spot is locked in – that doesn’t happen until the payment is processed successfully. It’s possible that the ride can sell out while you’re typing in all 20 names from your group – this HAS happened and it’s a SERIOUS disappointment.

    Two things to speed you up – first, open a user account at BikeReg.com with your data saved. Second, collect the below info from your riding buddies & have it ready to go. You can always edit info after registration through BikeReg, everything except name and trip #.

    To collect from your buddies –
    – Name, email address, mobile #
    – Have they ridden with us before? If so, which years?

    The info we need most from each rider is name, a working email address they’ll actually check, and mobile phone number. If you use your contact info for others it can cause a lot of problems so please get these 4 fields correct, the rest is less critical.

Our trips typically fill up very quickly, often the day registration opens. If you plan to ride with us, make sure to hop on board ASAP!

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime before March 19 for a full refund minus a $40 processing fee. After that, please follow the schedule below. We are a small business and rely on our registration fees to offer these trips, for this reason we must have a strict cancellation and refund/credit policy.

March 19 or sooner – full refund less $40 transaction fee

March 20 to March 26 – 50% credit towards next year

March 27 to April 9 – 30% credit towards next year

April 10 or later – 20% credit towards next year

Trip spots are not transferable to other riders or events.

We purchase an insurance policy to cover everyone in the event that we have to cancel the ride prior to its start, for an unexpected blizzard for example or other catastrophic event. In this case registrations are refunded. Once we start the ride however, we are a rain or shine event.
